Hi Firstly they sent me a list of things they would and would not help with one was a faulty item so I told them it was faulty they replied saying because I used it, it is not covered, I replied asking how I am supposed to know if there is a problem without using it? Is it possible to take a complaint against PayPal higher I bought a new phone from eBay paid with PayPal after 30 days it was faulty eBay refused help so went to PayPal they refused help because the phone was delivered!
