Good Afternoon and Thank You In Advance For Your Response. I sold an item back in March, packaged it with TLC, sent a gift, gift wrapped, shipped Insured with Tracking Priority Immediately, Followed Up on USPS Tracking #, as it was delivered promptly. I sent pictures of the package wrapped, gift wrapped item to my customer. They did not answer, as many are reluctant to have conversation, or leave feedback. Not a Problem, I noticed it was delivered and sent another email all via ebay mail, to ask if they received the item in same condition as described and pictured. Ignored, yet, I knew they did get the item, and my thank you card, etc. Today, weeks later, I am was in my email, and noticed a Paypal Dispute In Resoloution and Immediately Responded, sent the buyer 2 via ebay emails, also I used member to member, with phone #, No Response. I have reported this person to ebay, as they are expecting me to REFUND THEM, since they claim they did not acknowledge the purchase. With all in mind, why am I in Resoloution unable to contact ebay or paypal, via phone. What is my next move, as I stand by customers and give them professional and personal attentiveness, as I wish my sellers would do.
