Background on myself - I use paypal pretty frequently, both buying and selling on ebay and directly on paypal's site for the past 13 years. I do around $800k/year buying and selling without any cases filed against me. EVER. This year, for some reason, paypal decides it needs to verify almost every single payment that I make. So when I sell something on ebay and try to pay $1.60 in shipping, they'll require code verification through mobile phone. Then I try to make a $20 payment for an item, and they'll come up with the questionaire list. Or I try to make a payment on another item, then they use the questionaire generated off data from my credit report. Obviously if you verify ONCE, that's me using that computer from that IP address. Shouldn't be that difficult. Even worse, when I try to make payment for something more than a few hundred dollars on ebay, it'll block the use of any of my 5 credit cards and tell me "we were not able to process your paypal payment. if you encounter this message more than once, pelase contact paypal customer service for further assistance. error code 70018 10422" Whatever is in paypals system to single me out for some reason is complete bull**bleep**. How the **bleep** do you have someone paying ebay/paypal fees on 800k in transactions in a year, and you're going to block their transactions for no reason?
