i have got fake uggs after paying on 31st january 2011 i got them yesterday friday. i was so excited as had waited so long only to find they stang, poor stitching with plastic coating and certainly no sheepskin as i own uggs already i know what they look and feel like. she sent with ugg tag, box and dust bag, ofcourse she denied they were fake and did offer to refund me cost of boots only no postage, via the ebay message service, however i had opened a dispute in paypal so wanted her to confirm her intentions by this method so as to keep a logg of our conversation, to date she has not done this, she has given me her name address to return the boots. i have also called many retailers to ask if they can verify they are fake in writing on their letter headed paper including uggs shop in westfield all have refused to get into any legal disputes, ofcourse only way i can get my money is if i can prove they are fake the onus is on me as the buyer really **bleep**! can anyone out there help me as to how i can prove on paper they are fake, i am going to ask my local trading standards officer to confirm this and put in their letter head, would this be enough as evidence for paypal to rule in my favour, should i return the boots to her if she does not communicate in paypal resolution? also if seller does not respond to a claim do paypal rule in your favour? c can anyone help me here... thanks
