I'm new here this is my first post. PayPal's "help" is very frustrating. I just tested my setting by ordering from my new site: Pirates & Pixies Photography When PayPal receives a payment it sends an auto-email to my customer supposedly from me Thank you for your purchase! from:email (it is supposed to be me but it is incorrect ) to:email (this obviously works) Thank you for your purchase! A notification will be sent to you by PayPal with the transaction details. I assumed I had an incorrect email in my profile. So I went to My Account > Profile > email addresses The list only contains one address. That address is correct. That address is marked primary. That address is NOT the address that appears in the auto-email How can I fix this?
