Hello, I'd like some advice regarding a disputed transaction for non-delivery. I have paid someone via paypal to post back an item that belongs to me. The seller has not posted the item (payment was made 8 days ago) and so I have disputed the transaction. I have tried contacting the seller in the meantime but had no response from them. Now that I have disputed the transaction they have got in touch via Paypal messaging. Now they are refusing to post the item stating their funds are on hold due to a dispute. The transaction was for only £10 and it shows up as completed (i.e seller paid) in my paypal account. Is the seller telling me the truth or has he already been paid by Paypal? If I end the dispute as requested by the seller and they subsequently do not send the goods, I cannot open another dispute and so I loose my right to escalate to a claim. Any advice on how to proceed would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Mark
