I recently ordered 6 pairs of gloves from a seller on ebay. It was a buyitnow and the seller told me in advance (because I messages to ask about combined shipping) that including the gloves themselves, my cost would come to about $79CAD. While I agreed to pay about $65 on shipping for the 6 pairs of gloves, I assumed that amount was close to what actual shipping was. When I received the package, the shipping tag showed 86 Yuan was paid. This is about $12 Canadian, a difference of $53. Since ebay customers should only pay close to actual shipping (some handling is fine according to the shipping policies), and I have been charged over 5x the actual cost, I am wondering if I am protected through paypal's buyer protection and if I can file a dispute/claim.
