On October 27, I ordered an item from gearguppy via PayPal, but never received the item. I filed a dispute with PayPal. It was rejected based on tracking item provided by gearguppy (which showed the item as delivered.) The tracking info PayPal used to reject my dispute is not for my order. It shows a delivery address across the state for me and also a delivery date 10 days prior to the date I placed the order. I tried to escalate the dispute but ended up accidentally filing a claim as if the item was not as described rather than simply not delivered. Any suggestions as to where to go from here? Is there a phone number I can use to call someone at PayPal?
