I opened a dispute a few weeks ago due to non-response from a seller. After I made the claim he sent me the item, some computer software. Now that I have it I'm unable to upgrade it because the software company says the key he sent is invalid. I suspect it's already registered to someone else. I went to the PayPal dispute center to cancel the first dispute and register this second one, but it won't allow me to open a second dispute on the same item, and there's no way I can find to communicate with PayPal to provide them with this additional information.
