Thank you so much for your time. Yes, everything is in order on the paypal page (I checked that before I posted). Obviously, it is working for the majority of the customers. What doesn't make sense is that the cards that have "stopped working" don't work on the website OR on paypal here....and they are the same cards that these customers have used every time. It really does seem like Paypal has just decided that those cards are no long valid. Two of the customers DID contact their banks. The banks said, "it should work"...but, of course, it still doesn't. This makes my business look bad. The gentleman who used his wif'e's card said, "it seems like you don't want my money". I explained to him that it wasn't ME rejecting his card, but he refused to hear that. He said (and I agree with him), "it doesn't matter WHO is running credit cards for you. YOU are the one getting the money. You should make other options available." This is why I got a Square card reader....so that I have other options available. BTW...we tried using his card through the website too - right there at the front desk. Same problem. ...and, on February 9, we ran his card (the same one that Paypal online and Paypal here is rejecting) through Square. No problem. Thanks
