Personally - I would be talking to a detective at "your BUYER'S Location" in the police department. They should be able to take down information - perhaps the Buyer has **bleep** people out of money before making the total returns for over $3000 (a felony offense) - Anyways the police might be able to help you - especially if 1) you had a signature confirmation on the box, 2) you had the phone insured and you could file with the post office - the POST OFFICE does not like when people LIE, and 3) GIve the description and the phone ID (actually I guess I would call up the phone company / manuf. and report the PHONE MISSING - since NOW YOU OWN IT AGAIN - and have them place a tracker on that phone - did it include a SIM CARD?
