The problem is this. I have direct proof and have uploaded 10 files of this proof that the buyer himself purchased the item I mailed to him. I have copies of the original shipping label with his name and address on it and an email from him asking for the item in white. There can be no doubt he ordered the item, and I have the online tracking number to show it was sent to his country. I also have emails, uploaded, that show he did email me once claiming the item had not arrived yet. This all from his account with his name on it; which I am sure matches the name on the credit card used. Nevertheless, he had the payment refunded by his credit card company claiming an unauthorized payment and I am betting PayPal will side with him ignoring the ample amount of proof I have that he made the purchase himself and because he claims he did not receive it, is now saying instead it was an unauthorized payment.
