I gave a buyer a refund on January 27 and my PayPal history shows the original transaction and the refund to be completed. The buyer has now filed a dispute on Bonanza and says that she cannot find either the orignal transaction or a transaction for a refund and she's going to wait the 45 days and then take action. I'm not sure what kind of action she can take as according to my transaction history, the refund was given and shows completed and the money is gone from my account. I posted screen shots of the original and refund transactions in the order resolution page on Bonanza so she would have the transaction numbers but she still says they are not there. Bonanza says that if she does not close the case they are going to find on her behalf even though I have proof of the refund. Please tell me what's going on.
