PayPal_Nicole: The vast majority of comments on Bill Me Later are extremely negative. Doesn't that worry you? No matter what your "assurances" are, it seems as if the majority of users are very dissatisfied with the service. It's going to take more than a standard "I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience" to convince people this is a service worth using. I was considering it myself, but after seeing these comments on a Paypal forum, I think I'll stay away from it. It's not just these forums, either. I have seen many negative reviews elsewhere. If Paypal is serious about "being sorry" for negative services, it seems like they should address this issue.
