Okay, so I have a buyer, who purchased two items, and paid via paypal. I shipped the same day, a few days later, they e-mailed saying - "oops my zip code is wrong with paypal" I double check, and their address shows as "CONFIRMED" But the zip code they sent has two numbers mixed up, (Paypal shows 90630 but it should be 09630) I'm glad they were "returned to sender" But now I'm out the cost to re-ship the goods 😞 Also when I re-ship, the zip code will be different that what shows on Paypal, so I'll be out of luck in a dispute as the items will show delivered to a different zip code! - Right??? How does paypal determine something is "confirmed" In this case the addres with the zip code entered should NOT be confirmed, as it does not exist? Any PP experts help me with this?
