It used to work just fine on my ATT Android Captivate Phone until a few months ago. The app is very buggy; often have to log in several times before it will function and have to uninstall and reinstall WEEKLY to even utilize it a few times with no problems. I log in and get a partial screen (to send or receive money), but no access to balance or tools or account, nada! Numerous emails have been sent to PayPal, but they do NOT respond with solutions. Same Android App doesn't work AT ALL on a Motorola Xoom tablet, even though the Android Market says the app is supposedly compatible with the tablet. Why is PayPal ignoring inquriries regarding this problem which affects THOUSANDS of valued PayPal customers?
