I have not received notifications of payment received emails for about qa month. Telephone customer service is non-existant -- infinity hold. Email support also just tries to secdond guess what the problem is, rather than reading what I said they come up with ansers that are completely off topic. I have been a PayPal user for 12 years and this is really ticking me off. It doesn't look good when I discover a payment was made by my customers and I wasn't notified, so couldn't respond until I happened to log in to PayPasl and find I've been ignoring a customer. I'm about to find another way to receive online payments because PayPal seems to suck, and customer service is a fricking joke.
