Bought an item through eBay that was supposed located in the USA. That listing also states that seller pays for the return shipping. The item arrived broken. Communicated with seller and seller agreed that broken item should be return and promised to send return label for shipping. However after repeated request, seller keeps stalling and finally stopped responding. When I pursue this through eBay and PayPal channels, I was given an address to return the item in CHINA (we are now talking about hundreds of dollars). There is no mention of how to enforce the seller's obligation to cover the return shipping. PayPal refuse to contact the seller to send me the return label. Today PayPal denied my case simply because no valid tracking number was loaded. None of my other documentation was looked at.
