Periodically (more often recently it seems ... ) customers go to check out and instead get the following error message - If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity. If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again. This totally takes them off the site and forces them to re-enter the site address. Who knows how many happened across the site from somewhere else and hadn't saved the link, SIGH, Paypal trashes the ability to use the back button. My email is verified and plenty of the transactions DO work, so I am at a loss to troubleshoot this. My first thought was that it was some firewall or security setting on their computer, but usually if they go back (though sometimes they need to do so repeatedly) it eventually works. So that's not the problem ... It's definitely not good for business! HELP !
