Good morning I received the following email in the early hours of this morning. It was addressed to me, using my full name: On or around 13 July 2020, we were supposed to collect one or more direct debit transactions from your bank account. Due to a processing error, we were unable to collect these funds from your account at that time. The collection from your account will now take place on 30 October 2020. We have fixed the processing issue, and it will not impact any future payments. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. What happens now? You don’t need to take any action. The direct debit(s) will be collected on the date specified above and your payments will be up to date. All future direct debits will be collected on the date that is communicated to you. Thanks for your understanding. I didn’t set up a DD until last month, it doesn’t stipulate the amount due either.
