Hi, I have had a payment from a customer returned to them, because, wait for it, I did not respond to an email by PayPal. I had listed an item directly on ebay Australia and was paid into my PayPal account by the buyer in the sum of $29.99. A month later and quite by chance I noticed the buyer had been refunded. PayPal have informed me (quite bombastically I would add) that the money was returned to the customer because I did not reply to an email they had sent to me. You can imagine my outrage when the customer services representatives spoke to me in a clever and surly way. This is my money. It belongs to me. It does not need returning to a customer because I have not answered an email. I have never heard of anything so bizarre and misgiven in all my years in business. I have complained about this (outrageous) behaviour and had no response. Is there a member of PayPal staff available who would like to take ownership of this issue please. Best Darrell
