I am having an issue with repeated duplicate charges. It has happened with automatic payments to Google Play and Netflix. I called Paypal last month and they put in an error report, saying it was a known issue. It happened yet again today! In each case an automatic payment is attempted late at night, apparently does not go through, and sent again a few hours later (the next morning, early hours.) Is this happening to anyone else? And any thoughts on resolving this, short of no longer using Paypal for automatic payments? Thanks!
