I have never had so many problems with PayPal as I have lately. I have my PayPal cash card set to auto top off, yet it was declined. I kept getting failure messages when I tried to check it online and had to install the app. Now I tried linking a new bank account and it gave me a message that it failed and to try again later. And now they have limited customer service because of the Corona virus? Has PayPal heard of working from home? This used to be a great service. Now I'll only use it when absolutely necessary.
