It is not so much the international ordering....it is the lack of response. It is clear that they don't understand that people would be more understanding if they provided order confirmations and explained the expected shipping date. No communication to your customer is unacceptable. So even if they did not 'advertise' a 60 day shipping period, they could send you a note after you placed your order....you might be shocked but at least you might still have some confidence in the company! I have my dispute submitted....they did the same thing to me....asked me to wait and again provided no details on the shipping!
