Hello Meow, For those of us who are still new at dealing with PayPal, I think the biggest problem is getting to talk to a real person in customer service. Once I found out how to get past the frustrating preprogrammed customer service loops that did not address my particular problem, both on phone and the computer, my problem was solved within a very short time. When you click on "contact us" you will be given the option "call us". Then you are given a list of options to choose from via the phone buttons. Wait 'til the end and you will be given the option to talk to a real person. For me, that person was very helpful. Good Luck! johnhenry61
