Sorry not able to help you, wish I could, I'm in the same boat. What's the deal with Paypal these days, I got an auto-responder, they didn't read my complaint. No way that happened, I fast as I hit the send button, I had the email response from them, at 12:45 at night. Something's wrong, when you can't dispute the fact a company sends partial amount of goods you ordered, and the ones they sent were the wrong items. And what about the items they didn't send. Thinking they know this as well, cause what do you know, they have a delivery tracking #, something came, just not what you ordered, and lots missing. How is this a dispute resolution ? I have documentation, photographs, plus the rude emails and chats I had with the company trying to amicably have them resolve the issue, but of course, they're not interested in doing that. It's a two way street, some sellers are getting ripped off, but some buyers are getting the same crap, and there is no honest dispute resolution that I can see at this moment. Did you get anywhere with your situation on this, as I realize your post is two months ago from my post tonight. Hope you found a way to get it resolved, and hope you can share, how ? I'm not a happy person right now.
