I actually learned a valuable lesson from this whole experience: Pay attention to the feedback score (in this case there wasn't any) also, I will only buy from established businesses as opposed to casual sellers I know the majority of people are honest, but it's just unnecessary, nonsensical stress that I don't need

I've filed a claim for an item that does not work at all. The seller contacted me and said to return the item for full refund, however, the seller has not responded to the claim at all. Is it OK to ship back? Or should I wait until PP advises? also, I think this seller is not exactly honest
