Contact your credit card company and explain EVERYTHING you are going through and want to make a claim. I just did, They were very surprised when I told them my WHOLE story. They were more than happy to open a claim. Especially how you got no help from where we should have.

Did you call your actual credit card company? They might be able to help. Also put in a complaint to FTC and ECommerse.com. The more people that do maybe we can stop these china companies.

File a claim to the FTC and EConsumer.com which handles international scams. Hope this helps. If everyone would do this, something might get done. I just wish we could warn people ahead of time before they order.
