I believe it's been about 3.5-4 weeks now and I've yet to see any progress or any real support from PayPal. I deposited two checks using the 'scan check' feature well before June 15th. The first check went through after 2 weeks (app said 5-6 days), but the second check I never saw again. I tried contacting PayPal to get this resolved as I was counting on that money. When they got back to me they redirected me to eBay saying the dispute was through them even though I did this through PAYPAL's app, not eBay. He also provided me with some inaccurate instructions to get in contact with eBay through email and chat about the issue. I asked why I had to contact eBay about it and requested for another way to contact eBay besides over the phone (I'm a little to busy for that), this was my reply: "Thank you for contacting PayPal. I am sorry it wasn't made easier for you to contact PayPal directly regarding this matter. The "scan check" feature with PayPal is no longer available. Sorry for any trouble this has caused." So what, that money is now just gone? I'm hoping I can get some help or some direction here because I'm at a loss.... Short version: I scanned 2 checks via the app's "scan check" feature, only one hit my account. I'm looking for help here since email support obviously has no interest in resolving my problem.
