quite right! I believe their resolution ctr uses computers to analyze the dispute, producing absurd results. Your best recourse generally is to OPEN your OWN dispute starting at ebay. And of course research your buyer as best as possible. I've an open case which was resolved against me by the computer, but my dispute that the buyer didn't return the item for refund (I received an empty envelope with USPS "empty" stickers on it), the envelope bore no delivery confirmation or insurance or any tracking method; so ebay's computer is waiting for buyer to prove I received the item, which isn't possible. I hope to break even on this dispute, I believe the buyer is a scammer using the computer dispute system. i hope this could be helpful to you, and good luck, I fully sympathize. ^^arquesdad~~~
