I have been trying to contact customer support support without any luck. None of the options I have found (nor common questions) tell me how to fix my problem. My issue is that someone has registered a PayPal account with an email address I own, different than the one I use for PayPal. I keep getting notifications, and requests to do some action. My email address has not been compromised (checked login history and have two step verification). How can I get someone at PayPal fix this issue? Thanks
