This was my second experience with PayPal help desk and, like the first one, it was not pleasant. To begin with the wait times are atrocious. Second, when I did get to talk with one of their representatives I was sermonized on what I did wrong to pay for a transaction on eBay. The girl was rude and condescending. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was abruptly told "OK" and switched to listening music! Anyway, the supervisor pretty much repeated what the previous person had said...and had no reaction to my experience with one of her team members. I suppose good customer service is not a priority for PayPal. Thought I could send an email with the details but unsurprisingly there is no way to do that. They make you select a topic from a myriad categories before you could type anything...and there is no "other" to accommodate situations like mine. Anyway, not sure if this will get anywhere...but thought I could share the experience with other customers of PayPal.
