Hi, there!~ I had trouble, too. You have to call: Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center" and say "change account" then say "CANCEL" really loud and clear. Hopefully that trips the automated system into getting a real human on the phone, which is what happened with me. I explained the problem to an exasperated fella by the name of James, and within a minute it was done. I guess James is getting a LOT of those requests... hope this helps. jeannie
