It's been disappointing to see how PayPal and many other companies have handled this Wikileaks issue. Wikileaks has not been found guilty of anything (at least yet). I'd expect compani es to wait for a court order before freezing assets and getting customers to trouble. There is a strong reason why courts are separate entities from goverments in democratic countries. Now, US state dep pressured, PayPal bended over. No courts or law involved. It's very unfortunate. It gives a sad picture of western companies (and a few "neutral" countries) and just gives more fuel censoring policies e.g. in China in which gov claims western companies are corrupt and do exactly what western/US gov wants. Not only a bad business decision but I feel PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, even a Swiss bank, did a big disservice for the globalizing world in general.
