I purchased an item from a Chinese company that turned out to be a scam. After cancelling my order the agreed to refund my purchase amount but never did. Not knowing what to do, I filed a dispute with my bank and also through PayPal — I provided proof that they said they would refund my purchase amount but didn’t follow through. I won the dispute with my bank, and the ACH was refunded. The next day PayPal notified me that I won that PayPal dispute case, and issued a refund in my favor. Now I have a double refund—one transaction reversal from the bank and one from PayPal. I need to reverse one of the transactions —I have been trying to call PayPal and the customer service line is closed! Can someone help?
