Hi everyone.. I am new to this forum, and I am hoping someone has an idea on what to do here. Or who to contact to actually get in contact with a person! I have a merchant account and have subscriptions on my web site for clients to buy which auto bill every month. I have hundreds of profiles, and bill several (or more) every day. I have entered several tickets and people who have no idea what they are talking about keep writing back and closing my case. I called support today for help and he said "we need to escale" but gave me no info and hung up. We are low on cash flow and PayPal is not billing our recurring clients. I can see on 7/1/14 how many items billed using recurring payments (about 14). For the past month I have noticed a slow-down in the number of recurring payments that are making it to my account (but they are still active and supposed to be billing the client). However, this is not happening. Today on 8/1 I should have had 14 payments come in from recurring payments that were billing clients, and we have had 0. Essentially without those recurring payments billing, clients are getting our services for free. We need to resolve this ASAP as it will render us insolvent in days. I have been trying to get to level 2 support to have them look at the recurring payment subscriptions in our account and you will see that they should be automatically billing – and are not! They show active in the recurring payment profile list too. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to fix this? I want to cry. No support, no phone number that goes anywhere, no level 2 support, and the people on the phone and by email do not know how to fix this!
