I have an open case with a client. I was provided with a tracking numebr through paypal email today saying I have to accept it manually (telling them I have the package) or the system will auto accept after a while. However the tracking number provided by the client is not valid. I have no means in which to append a message to the case telling them that this is an invalid number, Ideas?
