An invoice was sent to a client automatically by PayPal on a schedule. The customer paid - but it was too months too early. The scheduling was completely wrong, so I refunded. At that point, PayPal charges the person I refunded $10.73. For absolutely NOTHING. I want to express my discontent with PayPal handling a situation where they basically are taking a customer's money because they are the custodians of it. They are not the owners of that money. There is no "fee reversal". It is just "fee stealing". Trying to contact a CS representative on Chat, you just hit an annoying Bot and nobody answers.
