Hi Jodi, First let me say, I am not a Paypal moderator, who can give you an indepth answer,...but I can give you a tiny answer. It is not uncommon for this kind of hold to happen, especially to a relatively new seller. It is not that you have necessarily done anything wrong or suspicious. Once reason can be that the item you recently sold falls under the catagory of "problomatic sales item"--such as possibly a fragrance. These are items that have more frequent customer dissatisfaction and refunds. PayPal wants to wait til the item is received and customer is satisfied with product--thus the 21 days and if no refund is necessary then your money is released to you. I would mark your calander for 22 days, and my big bet is "Wa la!"--there the money will show up into your account. If not, then you could call customer service.. Best Wishes to you!, spendnfast
