I don't understand. The seller broke the item before shipping. She gave an immediate refund. paypal has had it on hold for several days and I need winter boots ! They don't say how long it will be and their email is useless by design. I want my money and I want answers. My god what's happened to paypal ? It used to be a great tool..now it's just a tool 😛 PAYPAL WHY DO SELLERS GET FUNDS IMMEDIATELY BUT REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN IMMEDIATELY ? WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY ?
