bad news for me at least. They got up to a 60% offering if I kept it and I said no,I wanted to send it back so then I escalated it to PayPal. when PayPal rules on it that's final. So I was going to send it back for a full refund,and went to UPS it was going to cost me $189 to return it. There is a link on the page that says to send it on to PayPal. Onnce they do that, you may no longer communicate with the seller, and PayPal says whatever they decide is final. I was reading their information this morning and I'm about to go to that step. I have told the seller that my returning the item and getting 100% back is my final offer.

they started with offering e a 20% refund if I keep the massager. I told them it doesn't work at all and I am not keeping it. They are full of excuses about how it would cost me too much to send it back. I said, fine, send me the address anyway. We are up to a 50% percent refund now, and I have told them if they expect to do business in the US it is 100% refund for a faulty product.

I received the massager and it did not turn on at all. I immediately contacted PayPal and have been going back and forth with this Shi company. They told me to keep the non working massager and they will refund me $20. That is absurd and I'm not going to do it
