Hello, and thank you for reading this post. I hate to bother anyone, but I don't really know where else to vent my frustrations with these new Paypal policies. Recently I found out I had a negative balance, unfortunately I found out quite late as I don't read this e-mail often. At any rate, I set out to resolve my negative balance, but I find it very frustrating that requested a fund transfer from my bank to take care of this back around August 27th or some odd date, and as of now it is still processing. Is my only choice to speed things up to link a second bank account? I have already received now a 60 day notice of this balance problem, and its starting to feel like nobody is even aware that I am doing my best to resolve it. Also, I find it frustrating that I was notified by e-mail only; I would of much preferred a phone call, automated or what not I would of received notice sooner. Continuing on, I have a second problem. There is a second problem I am having. I have engaged in a certain transaction with a gaming company of a mmorpg I play. (Come on, who doesn't! :P.. and also to that end I added more funds from my bank account just in case to accomodate for any issues with the negative balance) Originally, transactions were instant and the desired items would be sent immediately. But with Paypal changes in policy, these transactions have to be "reviewed". The problem with this is, the reviewing time at the rate its going will go past the duration of a certain sale, and if it finishes past Sept. 7th, this whole transaction is a waste of my money. I am sorry for this complaint, but I am just frustrated, and not really sure what I can do. I am relatively new to using paypal, and it feels Paypal is becoming a Payenemy to me. I will look into this second account thing to make transactions instant, but what I really want is not some run of the mill answer from a paypal staff member, but someone to review my account with me, and discuss all the recent transactions, and help me understand more of how things work and what can be done so I have no future issues in real time, be it via text, email. or phone or what not. I have a lot of questions that would be much more answerable over the phone, so I prefer that myself. Please get back to me. ~Erik
