Yep, I guess since their Facebook page is so public, they want to avoid negative comments as much as possible on their Facebook page. They probably get more hits on their Facebook page than here in this forum. It worked for me.

I went to their Facebook page and complained about my situation there and the next day after a few responses from them on Facebook, the service is now working for me. Go to their Facebook page and complain! Good luck.

I feel your frustration. I applied for an account a week ago and was approved but for some reason I haven't been able to use my account. It declines my purchase even though I have a high credit limit. Called CS several times and all they can do is send it to the research dept which does absolutely nothing. I plan on canceling bill me later because they need me but I don't need them. Unreal!
