Short story is that an eBay buyer didn’t have his address correct in the system (PP verified) and the package was returned to me. I gave gave him the option of paying for shipping the 2nd time or refunding minus shipping. He asked me to wait 2 days while he attempted to sort it out with Usps and then filed a claim against me. eBay closed it in my favor, then he filed a PP dispute. I told PP what I options I gave him and they ruled in his favor. Full refund! Why do I have to absorb the shipping charges that are his error? I don’t understand that one, thought we had Seller Protection. Your thoughts?
