I signed up for and was approved by PayPal for a Virtual terminal. The first time I used the VT it did not work and, did not tell me why. After calling PayPal, they said they could see the transaction , but the card was rejected, However, it did not show me on my end that the credit card was rejected. The second time I used it it did not process the card again, when I called for support they said again that they could see the transaction attempt, but could not tell me why it failed. (the card was not rejected) It still cost me $30 for the month, even though it does not work and know one has a clue why. Has anyone had this problem with virtual terminal? I think PayPal has out grown it's ability to effectively service their clients. Help someone Thanks
