Chargeback coverage with PayPal Dispute Resolution. If we find a claim in your favor through the PayPal Resolution Center and the buyer subsequently files a chargeback against that transaction for the same reason, PayPal may protect you against any future claim, chargeback or bank reversal the buyer may file for that transaction. To be protected, you must honor agreements made with the buyer during the dispute resolution process. This coverage will not apply if the claim has not been resolved by the time the chargeback is received or has been resolved in the buyer's favor The information above from Paypal Website, could you please let me know if my chargeback case is covered by Paypal? I had a buyer bought an as is broken top glass iphone 4 from me, after the package was delivered on Oct 22, 10 he sent me couple emails that he tried to repair it but it's kind of damage and now he wants to return it. I reply him that I won't accept as is item return to me. Then he report to Ebay and opened a Not as described case on Ebay but after investigation Ebay have made final decision and the case was closed for Seller Favor. He didn't win the case but won't give up, he sent the package back to me on Oct 25, 10 but inside the box is a terrible phone, it was broken apart into pieces and a lot of parts was damaged by him. All I had is the whole bunch of junk parts that I don't think it was the phone I shipped to him. He also open a chargeback case and now Paypal still holding my money, it's about $500. Is there any chance I will win the case? Is this Chargeback case is covered by Paypal?
