This is called buyer abuse. Paypal will assist you with this, but not promptly. At least they will look into it, which is more than they do when it is a case of seller abuse. Paypal almost always sides with the seller.

This isn't the only company that Paypal is "resolving" in favor of the seller. I have read many threads from companies in China running this exact same seller scam. Read on other similar companies under "disputes" and you see a pattern of seller abuse.

This is seller abuse, and I am certain PayPal is aware. Based on hundreds of these same type complaints, there is no way that PayPal is unaware. This is probably the main reason why they have downsized customer service and are using automated ( probably someone in the Philippines) to "solve" these issues. The whole thing is a lucrative scam, and I am sure there are people on both sides benefiting from the scam. I am only using my bank for any online transactions now. Once I get my disputes addressed, my PayPal account will only be used to help other people not fall for these elaborate scams.

Buyer beware. Bought 2 "Celebrity Cruise" pillows, totaling $76.31 and when they arrived, they were very poor quality. They didn't even have labels. I shipped them back to the seller, who never refunded the money. They told Paypal that the tracking was wrong, or some other dishonest excuse. Paypal sided with the seller and closed the case, in favor of the scammer. I have read many other complaints about this Florida "business".
