Thank you, Amy. I will certainly use the “contact us” button to send requests. I’m glad to hear you’re receptive to the idea of an automated resolution system. I think this would be beneficial to us, and to you. Naturally, I cannot contact you and simply say, “please release my funds”. I will obviously have to provide precise details regarding exactly which payment – date, amount, etc.- and I will need to provide you with a reason to release – positive feedback left, delivery confirmation, etc. If I do not provide you with adequate details I expect you will reject my request, further delaying the release of my fund. This will be wasted effort on my part, and it will be wasted effort on your part screening and rejecting requests that are incomplete. An automated system would help to cut down on incomplete requests. But, as it stands I need to use the “contact us” button, and I need to fully supply you with the information you require to process my request. It would be helpful, to know exactly what form those who process this request would like to receive it in, what information is required, and what will cause my request to be denied.
