Paypal intentionally created a website prohibiting customers access to "customer support". Spent over 5 hours going in circles following online " solution directions", including seeking rep help. There's a "Paypal Live Phone Rep" phone # which is[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] Been on hold for over close to 5 hours until Paypal automatically disconnected. It's mind blowing that we have to use a financial organization, to hold our money, and is inefficient. Financial organizations, are mandated to answer all customer account questions. Paypal violates this, and so our rights. Class Action?
