In mid October 2009 I discovered that PayPal has introduced a bug in its History export (it wasn't there in prior months). I then reported it via the only available written channel (some web form on PayPal's site), along with details that could help spot and fix the bug. A day later, I was surprised to receive a canned template reply that suggests that no human took the time to read my message. As a result, the bug is of course still there. It seems that, except for myself, no one knows about it. This is despite the fact that I tried to turn PayPal's attention to this bug via their Twitter account. The bug is very annoying, since it prevents me from automatically importing the History Export into Quickbooks. This is the third month in a row that I need to tweak the export by hand to fix PayPal's bugs. So currently my questions are: Am I the only one noticing this bug? (it has to do with inconsistent sign reversal for Rolling Reserve). Do you know of an email address of a human being working in PayPal who can read and understand what I have written in my original bug report message and respond accordingly? Thanks!
